University of Zurich
The University of Zurich (UZH) was the first university that a democratic government set up in Europe.
Established in 1833, it is the largest Swiss university. It offers, with its seven faculties, more than 200 study programs at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate levels.
UZH is one of the most esteemed research educational institutions in Europe. It is reputed particularly in the disciplines of biology, economics, genetics, immunology, and neurosciences, among others.
