Eligible for the scholarship are applicants fulfilling all the following criteria:
- Application for a University of Twente Scholarship is a procedure distinct from the application for entry into its MSc course. Irrespective of funding, you must first gain an admission letter.
- You have been admitted provisionally to an eligible University of Twente MSc programs commencing in the academic year 2024/2025.
- You need to have a student number.
- You are not an earlier graduate of the University of Twente;
- You abide by the conditions for obtaining a Netherlands entry visa (if applicable);
- You abided by the English language proficiency test requirements by getting a score of 6.5 in Academic IELTS 6.5, or 90 in TOEFL iBT, in addition to an additional score of 6.0 on TOEFL iBT 20 on the speaking skills subscore.
- You should not be eligible for a Dutch study loan;
- The University Twente Scholarship is given to students who belong to the top five to ten percent of their class.
