Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is a popular pathway for temporary skilled workers to gain Canada PR. It is a part of Express Entry that allows temporary workers who have worked in Canada for at least one year to become permanent residents.
The CEC is also one of the fastest routes to Canadian permanent residence; it takes only three to four months to process. The primary eligibility requirement for a CEC is having the right amount of work experience in Canada. Unlike other Express Entry programs, the CEC focuses on applicants who understand Canada's work culture and labor market.
