What is the language requirement for a UK Skilled Worker Visa?
You must have B1 language proficiency in English on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) scale to be considered for a UK Skilled Worker Visa. You must score a minimum in the following sections to qualify the exam:

You can prove your English Language Proficiency in English by:
- Qualifying SELT (Secure English Language Test) from a renowned place
- Scottish National Qualification level 4 or 5, Scottish Higher or Advanced Higher in English, A level, with a GCSE you got after studying at a UK educational institute which you started when you were under 18 years old.
- Having a university degree that was taught in English. If you studied outside of the UK, you have to apply via Ecctis to prove your degree is equivalent to the UK education.
