Work experience is not mandatory for most MS programs in Germany, especially in technical and engineering fields. Students can apply directly after completing their bachelor’s degree. However, some specialized programs, particularly in management or business-related fields, may require relevant work experience. Having work experience can also strengthen your application and improve your chances of admission. Even if it is not compulsory, practical experience related to your field of study can be an added advantage during the selection process.
