Follow these steps to apply for a Belgium Work Visa:
Step 1: Get a job offer from a Belgian employer.
Step 2: Employer applies for your Work Permit (Type B) or a Single Permit with Belgian authorities.
Step 3: Wait for the employer to get permit approval (they will inform you).
Step 4: When permit is approved, book an appointment at the Belgian embassy or consulate in India.
Step 5: Fill the visa (Type D) application form and gather documents: passport, signed job contract, employer permit approval, photos, police clearance, medical certificate, proof of accommodation, and any requested certificates.
Step 6: Attend the embassy appointment and submit your application and biometrics (fingerprints/photo) if required.
Step 7: Wait for the embassy to process and approve the long-stay visa.
Step 8: Travel to Belgium once your visa is granted.
Step 9: Register at the local commune/municipality where you live and apply for your residence card.
Step 10: Start work once you have the residence card and all local formalities are complete.
