Eligible candidates must be under 35 years old, hold nationality from a country outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and Surinam, and have not previously participated in degree-seeking higher education in the Netherlands. They must also have outstanding academic results, typically a GPA of 7.5 out of 10 or higher.
