A US B-1 visa is a temporary nonimmigrant visa that allows you to enter the US for temporary business purposes. To get a business visa in the US, you must meet the eligibility criteria and submit the required documents. While a B-1 visa does not allow you to work in the US, you are allowed to take up any of the below-listed business activities:

- Addressing financial or legal business proceedings related to an estate in the US
