Waiver for Ineligibility
You must fill in the Form I-601, which is the Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility and send it directly to USCIS. If you have any queries regarding your U.S. Visa refusal you should contact the U.S. Consulate where you applied for the Visa.
