What are some ineligibility aspects for AAUW international fellowship?

Those who already received AAUW fellowships or grants earlier are not eligible to apply.
AAUW board of directors, committee, panels, or staff members cannot apply.
Women with permanent residency or US citizenship are also ineligible to apply.
