The DSU Scholarship, short for Diritto allo Studio Universitario, is a need-based grant offered by regional bodies in Italy through institutions called ERSU or ADISU. It provides up to €5,000 to €8,000 per year depending on the region and the student's financial situation. It also includes free or subsidised canteen access and discounted university accommodation. Indian students who demonstrate limited financial means and maintain satisfactory academic progress are eligible. Applications are submitted to the regional DSU office connected to the university where the student is enrolled.
