Y-Axis has been a smooth process so far. I would like to thank my process consultant, Mr. Azharuddin, who has be very helpful and kind throughout the process with his outstanding ability to explain. This is really high from a customer satisfaction perspective. Hope to see that the level of service is maintained. Overall, I am very satisfied.
