Eligibility for Luxembourg Residence permit

• Must be above 18 years of age
• Must have an Employment contract which complies with Luxembourg law. Both applicant and the employer has to sign the contract
• Provide a certificate from the National Employment Agency granting the employer the right to hire a third-country national
• Must have Suitable qualification and experience

Note - An employer who has not been presented with a suitable candidate from the National Employment Agency (Agence pour le développement de l'emploi - ADEM) within 3 weeks following his declaration of a vacant position can ask AEDM to provide a certificate to allow the employer to recruit from other country.
