• A student who wants to study in the UK will be subjected to a points-based system and must provide LOA from the institution, English competence, and financial resources.
• The minimum score needed for UK immigration is 70 points.

The candidate can score 50 points if they have a job offer in the UK and have language proficiency. Any qualifications can get a candidate an extra 20 points to qualify for the visa. E.g.: 

• Candidates will get an extra 20 points if they have an employment offer of a monthly salary of at least  26,000 pounds per year.
• A Ph.D. will get an extra 10 points, whereas a PhD STEM field will earn 20 points
• Candidates with a skill shortage job offer will acquire 20 points.
