For Indian students, this generally translates to approximately 65%–75% or higher, depending on your university grading system. Competitive programs in fields like Data Science, Economics, or Computer Science may require stronger academic records and subject-specific credits."

However, students must pay a semester contribution fee of approximately €300–€350 per semester. This fee typically includes administrative charges and a public transportation ticket valid across Berlin. While tuition is minimal, students should budget around €950–€1,200 per month for living expenses in the city."

For English-taught Master’s programs at universities in Berlin, students usually need an IELTS score of around 6.5–7.0 or TOEFL scores approximately 90–100. For German-taught programs, proof of German proficiency such as TestDaF level 4 or DSH-2 (C1 level) is generally required.
