The Free University of Berlin (FU)Freie Universität Berlin in German, is a public university located in Berlin, Germany.  Founded in 1848, it is renowned the world over for the programs it offers in political science and the humanities. 

The number of students enrolled at FU Berlin is 33,000, of whom 13% are pursuing undergraduate courses, and 27% pursuing postgraduate courses are foreign nationals.  Besides the main campus, it has additional campuses in Campus Düppel, Geocampus Lankwitz, and Campus Benjamin Franklin.

It has four central institutes, six graduate schools, and 11 departments, through which it offers 178 courses. 

LMU has two admission intakes – Winter and Summer.

Free University of Berlin Campus​
