HEC does not have a specific requirement for work experience, yet it would be better if, with an undergraduate degree, you have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

• Without an undergraduate degree

If you do not have an undergraduate degree, you will be waived the requirement of a UG Degree if you meet the following conditions:

• You should have at least 5 years of professional experience, and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
• You have competed at a national level and represented your country as an athlete.
• The ideal candidate is required to have two to ten years of professional experience.

The MBA program at HEC Paris was started in 1969. It has two primary intakes, once in September and in January. HEC’s MBA consists of eight months of vital elementary courses and eight months of an individualized program. It includes multiple specialization options, fieldwork projects, and exchange programs.

A usual class consists of around 250 students out of which 90 percent are international students from over 52 countries.

Trium Global Executive MBA

The Executive MBA program is offered as a part-time course. It is aimed at executive managers at high-level working for an international organization. History Of HEC PARIS

HEC Paris was started in 1881 with around 57 students in its first class, The HEC, or the École des hautes études commerciales de Paris aimed to impart education in management and commerce studies.

In 1921, HEC started the case-based method of studies which was initiated by the Harvard Business School. Although the lectures were theoretical.

In the late 1950s, due to the demands of the corporations in France the style of education was made North American method for management education. The case-based manner was generalized and a one-year curriculum was formulated and had become more competitive.

In 1964, the then French President inaugurated a 250-acre campus in Jouy-en-Josas. In 1967, HEC started its first executive education programs. Women started being accepted into HEC programs in 1973. Only twenty-seven women were accepted in HECJF and HEC jeunes filles.
