What if your USA Visa is rejected?
It's important to note that if your visa application is rejected, you must reapply for a new visa. Also any individual cannot resubmit the same application again. Also, if you have been found responsible for fraud or misrepresentation on a previous application, you will be permanently ineligible for a visa.
There is no limit to the number of times you can apply for a U.S. visa after rejection. However, you should not apply over and over without changing anything in your rejected application. Each time you apply, you should submit new supporting documentation and updated information about your current situation.
Can I apply again for an USA visa after refusal?
In case your ineligibility was found during your first application, it is considered to be temporary, then you can re-apply for a visa if you consider that your circumstances have changed. The consular officer will decide whether you are eligible for the visa or not.
If your ineligibility is found permanent, but the consular officer considers that everything else is okay with your application and advises you to apply for a visa waiver then you still have a chance to get a visa.
