
The US Department of State has released its visa bulletin with US EB Visa category updates and cut-off dates for February 2018. Below is the brief of, the cut-off dates for offering immigrant visas:
- EB2: For China, it will move ahead by extra 7 weeks, to 1 October 2013 and for India will move ahead by 2 weeks, to 8 December 2008
- EB3 (Expert and skilled Workers): For China, it will move ahead by 5 months, to 15 September 2014 and for India, it will move ahead by 1 month, to 1 December 2006
- EB3 (additional Workers): For China, it will move ahead by almost 6 weeks, to 1 February 2007 and for India, it will advance by 1 month, to 1 December 2006
- EB5: For China, it will stay at July 22, 2014
