Only specific regional provisional visas are eligible for the Subclass 191 visa. These include the Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional visa and the Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa. Applicants must have held one of these visas for at least three years. Other temporary visas are not accepted for this permanent residency pathway under Subclass 191.
