- Get at least AUD 200,000 in funding from an approved source.
- Accepted funding sources are government agencies, research organization or registered investors
- Own at least 30% ownership in your business.
- Business should be new, innovative, or sell a new product/service in Australia.
- Cannot just buy an existing business, franchise, do real estate or labor hiring activities.
- Get nomination from an Australian state or territory government
- Be under 55 years old, unless nominated as bringing special economic benefit.
