Some of the new rules announced for the UK Dependent visas are as follows:
- Skilled workers in job roles at RQF level 6 will now be able to bring their dependents, while those in jobs below RQF Level 6 can no longer do so.
- Individuals with job roles that are considered medium-skilled can only have their spouse or children join them if they have had a Skilled worker visa before July 22, 2025, and if they are still on the visa.
- First-time applicants in the Care worker roles can no longer bring their dependents.
