What are the work schedule rules for the Au pair in Portugal?

Here are some rules that an AU pair must abide by to work in Portugal: 

• Can work a maximum of 10 hours a day and a maximum of 45 hours per week 
• Entitled to one and a half days off each week
• A whole week off every month
