All candidates who meet the following requirements:
Be a citizen of a country not belonging to the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam and fulfill the requirements to get entry visas and residence permits in the Netherlands. They should not be holding a dual nationality from a country within the EU/EEA.
