- They obtained excellent grades in their bachelor/undergraduate degrees from a university outside of The Netherlands.
- They must have proficiency in the English language.
- Must be ready to take part in the entire program.
- Be in good health and hold the health insurance of their country
- Do not have enough financial resources for studying abroad.
