The Ministry of the Interior, Kuwait indicated that all foreign workers coming to Kuwait will now need two police clearances. Both these police clearances would need to validate the fact that the workers are crime-free.
Your first police clearance should be from your home country. The police clearance should show that you have no criminal offences against you. The police clearance should also be stamped by the Kuwait Embassy. It also should not be more than three months old at the time of entering Kuwait.
The second police clearance needs to be issued by the forensics department in Kuwait. This also, should not be more than three months old at the time of entering Kuwait.
Expats who are legal and have never been convicted will be allowed to get a residence stamping of their Work Visa.
