Early Life and Love for Cooking
I grew up enjoying the food cooked by my grandfather and father. Even though my mother and grandmother were good cooks, my father and grandfather created something special every day. They always cooked at least one dish that became my favorite. Watching them made me realize that cooking is an art, and that passion slowly grew in me. That is how my love for cooking began.
Inspiration to Move to Canada
While I was preparing for my school final exams, my cousin received an opportunity to study engineering in Canada with a good scholarship. We were very close and shared everything about our daily lives. He told me that Canada had a huge demand for skilled Chefs. From that moment, I decided that after completing my studies and gaining work experience, I would move to Canada.

After completing my primary education, I appeared for several entrance exams to get admission into a good Hotel Management college. To my surprise and happiness, I secured admission into one of India’s top Hotel Management institutes. I completed my course with excellent results and gained strong practical knowledge in the hospitality field.
Starting My Career as a Chef in India
After completing my Hotel Management course, I got a job as a Chef in a well-known hotel in India. I put in all my effort to learn, improve my skills, and gain solid work experience. Working in a professional kitchen helped me understand international standards and prepared me for global opportunities.
