Early Life and Family Background
I was born into a business family where both my parents owned their own businesses. My extended family was also deeply involved in business. Growing up in an environment full of entrepreneurs, I always wanted to choose a different path and build my own identity. I was good at understanding business operations and financial concepts, which naturally led me to choose Commerce during my 12th standard.
Choosing Chartered Accountancy as My Career
After completing my schooling, I decided not to pursue a regular college degree. Instead, I chose to become a Chartered Accountant, as I wanted a professional qualification that challenged me and offered strong career growth. I enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and fully committed myself to this demanding course.
Completing CA and Starting My Career in India
It took me 4.5 years to complete the Chartered Accountancy course. Through ICAI’s placement services, I was selected by a multinational company. I received a good salary package and worked with the organization for over two years, gaining valuable experience in finance and business operations.
A Turning Point in My Career
After working for a few years, I felt the need to explore new opportunities. Around this time, a close friend who had started a business in Canada contacted me.
