What is the PTE Core?
The PTE Core exam evaluates English proficiency abilities of the candidates in daily situations. The PTE Core is a computer-based exam conducted for work and business. It consists of three modules Speaking and Writing, Listening and Reading. The duration of the test is less than two hours, and results can be obtained within two days.

What are the Eligibility criteria for the PTE Core test?
Candidates must meet the necessary eligibility criteria to appear for the PTE Core test.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years.
- Candidates must complete their secondary education
- Candidates under the age of 18 must provide a consent letter from their parents
- Candidates are not required to have any particular qualification for the PTE Core exam.
What is the PTE Score validity?
The PTE Core exam score has a validity of 2 years from the date of appearing for the exam. Individuals cannot access their score after completion of 2 years.
