Requirements to obtain a Dubai work visa are:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Skilled workers are required to have bachelor’s degree and unskilled workers should have Trade qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Valid job offer from an employer
- Valid passport
- Filled application form
- Passport size photo
- Application fee to be paid by the employer
- Education Certificates
- Professional qualification certificates
- Entry Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour
- Valid health certificate
- Three copies of your employment contract
How to get Dubai work visa from India?
Steps to apply for a Dubai work visa from India include:
Step 1: Determine your visa type
Step 2: Find a sponsor (employer offering valid job offer)
Step 3: Your employer will apply for the visa quota approval on your behalf
Step 4: Your employer will submit your signed employment contract to the Ministry of Labour
Step 5: Once the employment contract is submitted, the Ministry of Labour will review and approve the work permit application
Step 6: Your employer will initiate the application process for an entry permit on their side
Step 7: Wait for the Ministry to review and approve your work permit and entry permit application
Step 8: Once your permits are approved, you will be issued an employment entry visa. This visa allows you to work legally in Dubai
