This is to thank Rammohan from Y-Axis for his expert advice throughout the transcript acquisition process. Also, the timely suggestion to undertake verification of my husband's IELTS score who missed band 9 scores by 0.5 pt helped, as a result of which he could secure band 9 when acted on the suggestion. One thing, I would like to mention about Rammohan, is that he has a sound knowledge of the processes involved and is always ready to render help. This attitude and professionalism have really helped in enormously in our ECA process.
