Latest Canada Express Entry Draw #285 was held on February 16, 2024. This was the first category-based Express Entry draw of 2024 for agriculture and agri-food occupations and a total of 150 invitations were issued to candidates with a minimum required CRS score of 437.
To be eligible for this category, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria in one of the Express Entry streams:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skills Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

Canada Express Entry eligibility
To be qualified, you must receive at least 67 points out of 100. The eligibility points calculator is based on the following standards:
- Age: Candidates between the ages of 18 and 35 will receive the most points.
- Education: The educational background must be on par with Canada's higher secondary education level.
- Work experience: Candidates will receive extra points if they have one year of work experience.
- Language competency: Proving English language proficiency grants extra points.
- Legitimate employment: Candidates will be awarded with extra 10 points if they have valid employment from an employer in Canada.
