Belarus and Brazil have entered into a visa-free agreement, which will be effective from 25 November, Dmitry Mironchik, a spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told the press.

He was quoted by belta.by as saying that the intergovernmental agreement with Brazil on visa-free travel for nationals of both the countries would be effective from 25 November. As per the agreement, holders of valid passports of both the countries would be eligible to enter, exit, transit or temporarily stay in each other’s territory without a visa for a period of up to 90 days per year.

Meanwhile, the government of Belarus also entered into a similar agreement with the Government of Macau Special Administrative Region of China. This would be effective from 27 November, said Mironchik.

This agreement allows citizens of Belarus and Macau’s permanent residents’ with valid passports to enter, exit and stay on each other’s shores for a period up to 90 days once a year without having a visa in person.
