- The ACT invitation is sent only once, and you will not receive the invitation again.
- Invitations will not be sent based on personal circumstances.
- The Next round of ACT Nominations will be held on 20th November 2023.
The ACT Nominations, in order to meet annual allocation, is now trying to increase the number of applicant lists to 491. Every month, there will be a fixed number of positions in ACT nomination.

Candidates with a minimum score of 80 points have been issued 7 invitations for Subclass 491 under this category.
2. 457 / 482 visa holders
From this category 2 invitations are sent for Subclass 491 visa.
3. Critical Skill Occupations
74 invitations were sent for Subclass 491 visa in ACT Nomination.
4. Overseas Applicants (Critical Skill Occupations)
Overseas Applicants receives the most invitations, that is 85.
