Yes, you can apply for the Canada Express Entry program without a job offer. The Express Entry system manages three immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Two out of the three immigration programs allow you to apply for the Express Entry even without a job offer. The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) are two immigration pathways that let you sign up for Express Entry without an employment contract. Individuals who have not worked in Canada and do not possess any Canadian experience can opt for the FSWP. In contrast, those with at least 12 months of skilled Canadian work experience can apply for Canada PR through CEC.
