Can spouses of international students apply for an Australia Partner Visa?
No. The Australia Partner Visa only applies to spouses of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. However, spouses or de facto partners of international students willing to migrate to Australia can come on an Australian Student Dependent visa.
